For Severe Pharyngitis:

During the first 1-2 weeks, you can use one whole monk fruit, breaking it into pieces and steeping it in about 3 liters of water for consumption.Adjust the amount according to severity, but do not exceed one monk fruit per day.

For People with Cold Constitution:

It is suggested to consume one-fifth of a monk fruit daily. If there is no adverse reaction, gradually increase the amount, but do not exceed half a monk fruit per day.
