Sweetner

White sugar is one of the most harmful things in your kitchen. It has go.

Replace White sugar with non Caloric sweeteners like Stevia, Monk fruit or Allulose.

Cooking Oil

Perhaps the most harmful item in your kitchen is Refined oil.

Swap Refined oil with healthier cooking fats like Ghee, Coconut Oil or Tallow.

Eggs

Eggs are one of the most versatile, healthy & easy to cook ingredients out there.

So unless you are a strict Vegetarian, having a lot of eggs with you will make less likely to go for an unhealthy meal.

Spices

The right use of Spices can make any dish tasty.

 Having easy access to a variety of spices & thereby cooking tastier food, makes you less likely to reach out for unhealthy/junk food.

Snacks

Most people no matter how disciplined they are will run into situations  where they feel like snacking.

Coffee/Tea/Green Tea

Maybe you are not a Coffee or Tea lover, but always handy to have these options with you.

Whether you are looking to extend a fast or simply beat psychological hunger these are very useful.

Ditch the Plastics & Damaged non stick utensils 

Plastics Chopping board, Damaged Non stick pans etc are very harmful for health even through they may not have an immediate effect.

Avoid Plastic use in the kitchen as much as possible. Replace plastic chopping board with a wooden one & replace damaged Non stick cookware with either a new one or a cast-iron/ ceramic one.
