1 large eggUnsweetened chocolate chips

Instructions

Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in the unsweetened chocolate chips gently into the batter.

Shape Cookies: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it. Form the dough into 10-12 balls and place them on the baking sheet. Flatten them slightly to shape them into cookies.

Bake: Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the edges start to firm up while the center remains soft.

Cool: Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet. This will help them become more solid and easier to handle.

Enjoy: Once the cookies are fully cooled, they're ready to enjoy!

Tips

Make sure the avocado is ripe, as this will make it easier to mix and enhance the flavor. If you prefer crispier cookies, you can bake them for a bit longer, but be careful not to overbake them.Using natural sweeteners like maple syrup makes these cookies healthier while keeping them delicious. For added texture and flavor, consider mixing in some chopped nuts or dried fruit.

I hope you enjoy these healthy low-carbohydrate cookies!
